Shipping Information:

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Ground delivery normally takes 2-5 business days via Priority Mail Services. For your convenience we have provided four shipping options for you to choose from. If you have any questions regarding shipping please email robin@bugabooshoes.com



Order Tracking:

You may track your orders by providing an email address at the time you submit your order. You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking number for your order. All shipping services are provided by UPS.





Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

The Bugaboo Shoe Company stands behind our product and wants you to love your shoes! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange (see below) or return them for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping).

Terms and Conditions: Bugaboo Shoes want you to love our product and would be happy to accept returns that meet the following conditions:

1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase and in its original condition. The Bugaboo Shoe Company, Inc. reserves the right to not accept worn or damaged merchandise.

2. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

3. It is strongly suggested to return merchandise through a tracking courier such as UPS or FedEx. The Bugaboo Shoe Company, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

4. Bugaboo Shoe Company, Inc. does not reimburse for shipping charges.

5. Only merchandise purchase through www.bugabooshoes.com may be returned for reimbursement.

Please allow adequate time for returned items to appear on your credit card. For more information on credit card reimbursement time, please contact your credit card company.
